More than likely, she will not.
Who ever stole is having a good time with it.

There is a slight chance she will get it back... but maybe not.... just report it stolen and thats probably the best thing you can do for now.. i hope she finds it and i know how horrible it feels to have something that valuable stolen so i pray that she finds it

Not a chance, unless you're in a really small town and it was taken by someone who's connected to her though friends. If I were you I would get her a new one for chistmas, as (if it were me) I would be very angry about it and getting a new one would mean a lot to me.

probably not, but you can ask the office at school to keep an eye out. either that, or until the kid who stole it is identified (which may not happen.) sorry. was it stolen from her locker?

go to one of the teacher and ask them to help but you probalbly wont find it that why. you can also try to manhunt everyone down with a ipod and see if it has similar song that your daughter has, and if they do beat them up and teach them a lesson on stealing

probably not b/c whoever stole it is probably having fun with it and most likely wont give it back..but tell her to check with the office and see if they might have found it..if not then check out places in the school where she might have left it out in the open

Most likely not...School policies typically restrict the usage of mp3 players, and most schools (like mine) restrict the posession of things of that nature...I lost my phone once, and the VP told me she wouldn't do anything about it, since I wasn't supposed to have it anyway.

Nope. My daughter driopped her's in the bathtub. I won't let her touch mine, because kids that age should not be carrying around such expensive gear. They are not responsible enough in general. I feel your frustration though.
