well okay I didn't tell the whole story :/
After I did that, the guy just kind of pushed me away and said he had a girlfriend.
i went back over about 20 minutes later, stood behind him, and pulled his pants down, grabbed his penis and kind of squeezed it hard...he screamed.
maybe thats why he's doing this because i also have an assault charge against me.
HIS GIRLFRIEND MUST'VE PUT HIM UP TO IT.

Time to pay the piper. When you see a guy that's "hot' he's usually taken anyway. He had every right to slap you with a summons. But look at the good side. When you go to court, you just might see some other hottie...who would appreciate what you did the first time around, maybe even the judge!.
In the interim, keep your hands to yourself and your lips too.

I have never done this.
However, maybe it was the booze woking. These kinds of things happen sometimes. I heard of a lady who slapped a male flight attendant on the butt, and got the same thing. The puclic kind of sees this stuff as stupid, but I imagine when you get in trouble for it it can be highly disturbing. Maybe he's gay.
I really don't know, but I believe that you didn't intend any harm. Jeez. People are so uptight.

it personally I think you should ask him to drop the charges and if he won't explain to the judge that there was no malcious intentions what a jerk The state has more to deal with than this

Why shouldn't you have to go to court and face charges? If he had done it to you, you would have him in court to....probably charged with attempted rape instead of sexual harassment.
