Guys, what do you like in a girl? Peronality, looks, anything like that. And what do you like her to look like? Long hair, brown eyes, etc.

Good looks to catch the eye. I think men are visual hunters. Sometimes a girl has a personality that is so fantastic, you notice the "look" later. I would also add she should be attentive - eyes reigned in, so to speak. And if she wants to spend time with her phone, she can have all the time she wants (/boot).
Personally speaking, "plastic", "Barbie doll" type, designer clothes wearing girls are pretty much nothing more than eye candy as I figure it. If they look like a million bucks, it might cost two million to keep them that way.
Style with class is always a good way to go. Or is it classy style?

I agree with clarity here, guys have diff' kind of taste in girls, but in my opinion if the girl doesnt have a good personality, then shes ugly

Everyone has his/her own idea of what is attractive. I'm not sure what you think you're going to find out from this question. I think it's safe to say that someone, somewhere will find you attractive.

Even though your question may appear to be simple it is actually very complex. There has been a lot of research done on the subject and noone has a clear answer. I do submit this for your consideration: Men and don't have a one reason for why they like specific women. There are caterogies for women. There are women we want to play with, there are women we want to be seen with, and there are women we want to marry and have a family with. This is not the universe of categories, but you need to consider what it is that men want women for and what you want. Women to play with are those that are physically attractive, we don't care what their personality is like or whether or not they are emotionally stable. The goal of women to play with is to have sex with them, nothing more. Women we want to be seen are either very attractive women or women that extraordinary well refined or intelligent that make us look good. Generally it is the trophy wife, and men that are career oriented like these women and may marry them for that specific reason, just to look good. Then there are women men want to marry, these are women that kind, physically suited for taking care of children and with a body designed to have children. We don't want fat women and we don't want skinny women. We want someone in the middle of the road with very pleasant personalities that tolerate a lot of crap, because of you tolerate our crap, you will be well adapted to raising children. Children can be hell raisers and it is why we want those type of women that can handle a lot of crap. So if you are just want a lot of guys to be interested in you, you need to have at least B cup boobs and preferably C cup boobs, you need to dress neatly, especially with tops that accentuate your boobs and your tight ***. You need to have blond hair you need to have a thin waist and hips equal to or slightly larger than your shoulders. You have to have th perfect smile. You need to have infinite patience for guys, laugh at all of our jokes, regardless of how stupid, and have lots of patients. You need to liste to our crap and acknowlege you are listening. Make a lot of eye contact to show you are interested. If you look at someone you like smile, that is proof you are interested. Be average on weight, don't be fat, don't be skinny. Most skinny women are actually just more disgusting to men than are overweight women. A woman that is 30 lbs overweight is more attractive than a woman that is 30 lbs underweight. A woman 30 lbs underweight has no boobs, a pathetic *** and looks like she is starving. A woman that is 30 lbs over weight will usually have a nice big rack. Physically appearance will grab our attention, and once we talk to you then your personality will determine if you are the marrying kind or the quicky type. Physically appearance is the first step, but then personality is what deteremines where you will go. l As far as personality is concerned we want intelligence, compassion, listening, and patience, lots and lots of patience. If you are too smart you will turn off a lot of guys, we generally do not like women that are smarter than we are. The perfect woman for me would be about 5'5", 150 lbs, C cup, IQ of about 155, very patient, pretty smile, green eyes and with a college education.
