I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

If you use makeup to cover your acne, you are just clogging up your pores even more! Please try Proactiv. It really does work. My family has been using this product for over 6 months. We noticed an improvement in about 1 week. My boys really had bad acne, including the redness associated with it. I had constant breakouts of blackheads. Now, we use it just to maintain our smooth skin and to prevent any breakouts from happening. Even though it is a little expensive, it is well worth every single penny!

Yeah, don't try covering it up, get rid of it. Foundation and creams and everything just makes acne worse. My method is thing- cleanse, exfoliate, moisterize, and tone. Really works. And it makes your skin and complexion so pretty!

make sure your cover up isn't causing the acne. my face cleared up a lot after i stopped trying to hide it under heavy foundation. try using something like tinted moisturizer to give a little coverage without causing more pimples, then use a medicated concealer on certain areas if necessary.
make sure you're using a good cleanser (like cetaphil), a good toner (witch hazel or burt's bees), a good moisturizer (olay), and exfoliate 2-3 times a week (st. ives blemish and blackhead clearing scrub). good luck.
