its very possible.
once you love someone, you can never stop loving them no matter what. you can hate them for what they did but you will still love them too.
It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Never ever regret something that once made you smile.
What do you do when the only person who can make you stop crying is the person who made you cry?

Since true love is caring for another's well being, hate would not enter the picture But often desire is confused as love, then the person we desire may not be acting in a way that is compatible with what we want so hate starts to enter the picture. Pure love would recognize the bad behaviors as dysfunctional & would still hope for the person to travel a better path but hate would not be a part of it. Hate is the frustration or annoyance you experience when the object of your desire is opting to go another path.

Oh yes, it's very possible. Love and hate go together. They truly aren't opposites. They are the dark and light aspects of the same emotion. The opposite of both is indifference.

yes most definitely. likewise, the same applies to a person who, for instance you respect a lot for doing a good job or for being good at their profession, but they are such awful and terrible people who treat you badly and talk down to you, being rude and nasty that you hate them so much. i have met a few of those people during my time by the way

In a way. My friend had a drinking problem, and while I loved her as a friend, I hated what she was repeatedly doing. You don't hate the person..just their actions.

Absolutely. My adult daughter has put me through hell and back since she was a preteen. Now we live together and I'm raising her 2 kids. Someone has to do it. I love her but she's a royal pain. She's my only offspring. I wish I didn't have to be here but I'm disabled and nearly blind so I have to depend on someone undependable. I love her and I hate her and I'm stuck with her for better or worse.
