yes, they definitely have a "chance". If the eagles beat the panthers tonight, then four teams will have a 6-6 record for the wild card after this week: giants, falcons, eagles, and panthers.
we (falcons) have a better head-to-head record against the panthers than we do with the giants, so hopefully if the giants beat the panthers next week, that'll be good for us. We also play the panthers (who we've already beaten) on Christmas Eve, and the Eagles (who don't have McNab) on the last week, so we pretty much control our destiny. In conclusion, we definitely have a good chance for wild card. As for division...not really

They definitely have a chance. Mathematically they are still alive. If they win out, they should be in pretty good shape. However, they do have to play Dallas who is doing quite well and major divisional opponents Carolina and Tampa Bay before the end of the season. With how weak the NFC is this year, I would give them about a 50-50 chance to go to the playoffs as a wild-card.

I believe that the Falcons can definitely make the playoffs just as long as mistakes are kept to a minimum all around. If they can do that, then they have as good of a shot as anyone else.

Their chances are slowly fading away, but the NFC is so bad that they still have a shot at making the playoffs. They need to get on a winning streak or else they will be watching from home.
