Less extreme way: Put on scary mask, wait till it's dark, and jump at them from behind.
More extreme way: Put on scary mask, walk into the middle of the street while it's still daylight out, pull out HUGE gun, and fire it into the air.

Start talking to them as if they were your best friend, then pretend to leave but really stalk them, so that when they go to their car at the end of the day, you pop out and start talking to them again. OR tell them that you've been stalking them for years for revenge, ever since he/she made your best friend cry in kindergarten.

go up to some guy and say "sweetheart! im ur wife- y r u walking right past me like u dont know me?" or if ur with ur parents,yell-"help!help!these people are taking me!" of course,i dont reccomend doing either of these things.u could get in trouble for harassment,or if any police are near by,they might arrest ur parents or something.
