Trouble with a game,pc?

I bought a pc game a few months a go, I have the right graphics for it, however it says no game crash info, what does that mean, and how can I resolve it?

Depends what game it is. To start out with, make sure your PC can work with other games, then start narrowing down the possibilities once you determine it's not your PC.

What the the requirements? What precisely does the error message say? Contacted the game support line/website?
