"chicken coop" = Weight scale
"handle" = Nickname used on the CB Radio
"ham" = police
"yardstick" = mile marker (location on the highway)
"smokey" = police (usually a state trooper)
"meat wagon" = Ambulance
"bear" = police
The police were called "pigs" by hippies in the 60's and 70's and the term ham evolved from that time, it is more common to use the word bacon than ham.
Smokey and Bear come from the hat that is part of many state police uniforms. It looks like the one that you see on pictures of Smokey Bear.

chicken coop is a scale house, handle is the nickname a trucker goes by on the road, ham is well pork, or pig, or you guessed it, cops. yardstick usually refers to a distance measure, like mile or kilometer, smokey is cops, meat wagon is ambulance, and bear is also cops, usually a dot type.
