I have 4 kids... The only way it will ruin your body is if YOU let it...
I was a size 4 before having my kids I went all the way to a size 12 when pg I am back done to my size 4 I have the same body I did before having my kids, I do have some light stretch marks on my lower belly but nobody sees that anyway expect me and my hubby.. All mine were vagina births and my vagina is not loose, it still feels the same way when having sex my dh says that it feels the same way..
As long as you excerise and eat healthy before during and after your pregnancy you will be fine.. I did yoga, water acerbiocs (sp?), cardio when I was pg all the way to the end and 2 weeks after having babies I went back to light cardio until my doc gave me the ok to fully start again. After the birth of my babies I was in the hospital bed doing sit ups sounds crazy but......
Having kids are the best.

No it does not! It may change it for the better, i got breasts, yayy!! No stretch marks as i took my mum's advice and rubbed Olive Oil on my bump and breasts while i was pregnant and breast feeding. Ate a good diet, every now and then had a junk food day/weekend, lol. All my births were vaginal, hubby only comment was that it was better, did my pelvic lift exercises, tightened all my muscles up.
Getting back into shape after birth takes time and effort. I know some women want to stay at their high school weight all their lives, for me no thank you, i am a woman in my 40's now, best time of my life. I want to enjoy life not worry about gaining a pound or so!

i don't know about other women, but mine isn't the same. even weighing the same as i did before my child, i still cannot fit into my pre-baby clothes. stretch marks are permanent. there are exercises that you can do to get your vaginal muscles back into shape. it definitely changes you, yes.

your vagina is elastic. it will bounce back to how it was
everything else depends on genetics and how well you take care of yourself
look at your mom and other women in your family, she'd be a good indication on how you'll look.
