More billions than you can count and certainly more stars than there is in the sky. The average ejaculation in a normal healthy man is between 30 million to 100 million sperm.

You want to try 40 million per ejaculate!

Just a few but that is an average and of course not all ejaculates are equal!

So in a life time how about a quadzillion trillion or beyond of those little buggers! Holy smokes you better gaurd them eggs!
