Interesting tidbit. The movie wound teens up so much that in some city's they refused to show it. They were afraid of outbreaks of violence.

I think it was Colors, with Sean Penn.
I can't remember the name of the actor that played the senior cop (in may have been Robert Duval), but I think that was part of his training speech to Sean Penn's character (the new cop).

it was the warriors directed by walter hill.the character that said it was COWBOY played by TOM MCKITTERICK.in which the character ajax played by james remar said who wants to hide.CLASSIC.
