I am 21wks pregnant today!
Some days i look absolutely huge and then other days i look smaller.
Is this normal? At 21wks does this have anything to do with the position of baby. Yesterday my stomach was sticking out alot and looked very round- and today it's not as prominent and doesn't stick out as much.
Why? Any ideas?

i'm 20 weeks and the same way. i'm small in the morning, but later in the afternoon and right after i eat, i'm huge! it probably has to do with fluids and things like that.

A few reasons:
1. The clothing you wear (I find that I look much more pregnant in maternity clothes than in my stretchy street clothes).
2. Position of the baby/uterus.
3. Fluid retention. I have days where everyone I know seems to comment on how big I'm getting, followed by days where I've been accused of lying about my due date! I think water retention is probably the biggest factor at this point in your pregnancy. If it concerns you or interests you, don't forget to ask the doc!

Yes it does depend on the position of your baby if the baby goes towards the back you will look smaller not that much though. It could just be the different clothes you are wearing or different ways that you look at yourself in the mirror. It might also be you not looking at yourself thinkin you are big and not seeing as much as you thought!

well i think your on the right track.. im pretty dure it's got to do with the positioning of the baby
