I want another child and my boyfriend has no children, however I have my tubes tied and he has had a vasectomy. Due to life's events I want another child, what is the process they call this when you want to use your own egg and his sperm?

In vitro fertilization (IVF)- a process whereby (usually multiple) ova are placed in a medium to which sperm are added for fertilization, the zygote thus produced then being introduced into the uterus and allowed to develop to term.

well, you won't be able to have the child unless you reverse the process and even then it could be risky....I'm not an authority on the subject though so you should do some more research. Invitro fertilization is the closest I could find to what you might be looking for.
