also does it make a difference if i have only GCSE's & no further education certificates

Each country has different immigration standards. Many countries require people to have a Bachelor's degree to get a work permit. Other countries that don't require degrees for immigration purposes still have enough candidates to pick and choose- so they choose the candidates with the highest credentials.

If you want to teach in Europe the CELTA is the best choice. For work in the Asian market you have a bit more flexibility. Whatever you choose, make sure it's an in-class course that includes supervised teaching practice. No supervised teaching practice = not worth the paper it's printed on. I would suggest doing your TEFL course in the country where you want to work, because you'll make friends faster and be available immediately for any job openings.

I did the CELTA and it gets me jobs fine. Not having any other teaching certificates is fine. Only GCSEs should be ok as well. To be honest if you have the money they will probably accept you but the course is pretty difficult. You have to work very hard. Good luck.
