I believe in Santa and I am a parent. I still get presents from Santa. It is just how you choose to see it. The look on my kids face when she opens her presents, the old couch my friend was getting rid of at Christmas time when i really needed one, love and joy at Christmas. Also i always get a present that says from Santa in my stocking.

believe in him yes believe that he still goes to everyones house every christmas no. santa was nothing more than a saint the mythos that surround his name are nothing more than myths that people gave to santa cluase. no he doesnt live in the north pole i think he actually came from germany or polland. no he does not have elves that make toys for him in little work shops. yes he used to go about to the orphanages adn deliver toys to those that did not ahve enough money to afford their own. but the myth that he went around the world in one night is a myth that was stolen from the pagans to give him more credit than he was due by the church. just look him up in any catholic saints book. youll find him there. but he died and as far as i know he has never come back from the dead

There is no Santa.
There was once a man by the name of Nicholas who went out to give presents to the poor people of his community. This is good.
In today' culture, we have magnified "Saint" Nicholas (now Santa Claus) as a god, and lied to children that he brings them presents when/if they are good. This is bad.
We have tried to replace Christ when it comes to Christmas. We say "Xmas" because we don't even want to mention Christ. People do not want to be held responsible for their sins. Nobody is "good." We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and thus the glory of heaven. If we do not accept that we are sinners and that Christ died and rose again to give us victory over those sins, repent, and ask Him to be our personal Savior, we will go to hell- and well we deserve it!
The long and short of it is that the world has tried to use Santa to replace Jesus. There is no Santa Claus- but there is a very real God, and He is waiting for you to decide whether you want to go to hell or heaven. Don't put it off- you have no guarantee that you will survive until tomorrow.

No, I do not believe in Santa. I think it's wrong for parents to lie to their kids by telling them that he is real. Most kids are devastated when they find out that he is not.

Santa, as we know him today, is not real but is based on a lot of different people/things and you can read about the history of him by clicking the link in my sources.

I believe in Santa and I make sure my parents get gifts from him every year (they can never figure out which one of us kids got them their "Santa" gifts though). I think part of the reason why people tell their kids about Santa is to give them an example of someone who gives away things just to make other people happy. I know that's part of the reason why I get my parents "Santa" gifts, because they don't know who they came from and it's always something really nice that they really didn't expect to get. I enjoy seeing that surprised "Where did this come from" look on their faces.

Well Santa doesn't exist, but Saint Nicholas did exist. Born in Myra, he gave some impoverished people gifts. He's dead of course, and Santa is a representation of the real saint.

yes Santa is real and is in each of us. we may not live in the North Pole and look like this gentleman, but when I watch a person open a gift and they have a happy look no amount of money could give the pleasure received. there is a couple whom I love dearly who couldn't understand why I was so happy watching them open their gifts rather than tearing into my own. then they understood after I explained.

No, and I speak from experience. When I was 8, I stayed up until 9:00 with my litlte brother on Christmas Eve. He didn't come. We even left out cookies, milk, and beer (just in case). So, nope, he doesn't exist. Sorry. I grew a little cynical after that experience.

there was a saint nick who gave presents in the socks hanging out to dry. Santa is not real. I think it was just a way to celebrate CHRISTmas without the CHRIST part.
