Ask for an appointment with a gynecologist. They can prescribe something to help with that. (I am guessing that you are in more pain than over the counter medicine can help)
Explain to the doctor that you have already tried all the other things and are not getting relief.

When my breast are sore I know that I am about to start, so I start taking two Advil everyday, then the day that it starts, I take 2 first thing and then 2 every 4 to 6 hours and I don't have to take anything after the first day, because Advil reduces the swelling, which causes the cramps. Good Luck
