Well, depends on how many members are in your family, I guess, but here's a few things you may be able to do:

Check out dollar stores: I know it sounds overly cheap! But, sometimes you get lucky and find really neat things.

Make homemade cards— it's easy to get creative with a little construction paper and printer paper, colored pencils, some scissors and glue. Also sounds cheesy and childish, I know, but seriously, if you make them neatly and as professionally as you can (no crayon, for instance ^_~) then you can make amazing looking cards with things you just have around your house.

If you do try to make homemade gifts, again, try to be really creative. (Also, great materials can be found just outside, though be careful of mud, dirt, water, bugs, etc.)

And of course, throwing in some homemade cookies can never hurt. ;)

Gifts can cost little money and not be cheap. You can get little token presents, like a favorite candybar or pretty mug, etc, and give them along with gift certificates for services to be performed by you. For a sibling, it could be your doing a chore that sibling hates or finds inconvenient. For a parent, you could offer an entire week of no back-talk or complaining, or breakfast in bed someday, or you could offer to take on one of that parent's chores that you can do well. There are many things you can do for your family.

If this does not appeal to you, you may have to buy supplies and make presents -- crafts or cooking, etc. Email me (click on the name under my avatar) for ideas on that, if you like.

Go to your Bible and search it from cover to cover and you will see that NOWHERE in the entire Bible is anything ever mentioned about Christmas or it's observance. Don't you think that if Christmas were something God wanted us to observe, it would be MENTIONED in the Bible, at least in some form?

Christmas is a pagan holiday that no true Christian celebrates.
