--Drink lots of water
--Get plenty of sleep [preferably nine hours]
--Excerise at least 3 times a week
--Don't use so much makeup if you use any at all, it does make a differance!

Truthfully, makeup is the best solution but if that's not your bag then give yourself a mini facial using a hydrating mask, exloliator and a great moisturizer, don't forget the eyecream. Your skin will not only thank you but it will look fresher, healthier, smoother and ultimatley you'll look more awake.

For a quick picker upper, try washing your face with ice cold water for half a minute or some cold cucumber slices for your eyes for several minutes. But if you need a little makeup help, top products are listed here free.

no soft drinks, drink healthgy things like water and juice, get more sleep, and put cucombers on your eyes for about an hour, it will draw the tirednessout, when you put them there and lay down you will probably feel a little tired, but it works.

Get plenty of sleep and watch your diet and drink lots water,,,,,if that does not work try ice cold tea bags on your closed eyes for about 10 minutes,,,,

Drink lots of water, have lots of sleep, exersize!!!, eat friuts and vegetables, and you will look very energetic and you'll even feel energetic, but this will only will occur after three days... Good Luck (and you'll even look young)

Get enough sleep. In my opinion, you need a little blush and lip gloss. Would make a HUGE difference.
