The shape of stool is a function of the amount of fibre in your diet and also the speed that the food passes through the small and large intestine. The longer it takes the more water is resorbed by intrestinal lining and put back into body circulation. Thorough dewatering results in hard small stool. Longer stool hs much more water in it and transits more quickly. Fiber provides bulk and more water retaining ability. Long soft stools are better than small hard ones. Because it provides less strain on the colon and anus, and avoids constipation. Also, there is small increase in colonic disease when stool spends a lot of time in the large intestine. Some bacterial byroducts are not good. (but the majority are good, e.g. that is our source of vitamin K etc.). increased cancer rates has been observed in people who do not get enough liquids and roughage (fiber) in their diets. Google Dr. Burkett for more information.

Are you serious? The bible is God's word or whatever and if you're saying "well don't just read that cause it won't make sense read the scholar's writing too" then you're saying the bible won't make sense and you shouldn't have to read any scholar's writing's to understand the bible. The bible is supposed to be the words to live by and if you need to further understand it with scholars writing's then you know in your heart the bible is pure crap.

the longer poop is inside you, the less log-like it'll be. your body absorbs more water from a mud monkey the longer it's in your intestines. that makes it denser and then like, instead of a ''snake' it's a bumpy, cracked log. then after that, it's hard little marbles.
