In the UK, there isn't a light beer - all beer pretty much contain the same high number of calories. If you're lucky, you might find some local brewery somewhere that does a low calorie beer. However, be aware that the term 'light' when applied to beer in the UK usually means low alcohol, not low calorie.

There are loads on the market so ask for a beer like Bud Light. I think Coors even do a light beer too.

Do you mean BEER or lager?
If beer (real ales etc) then I don't know of any low cal ones. Might be best sticking to LCL as someone already suggested!

any lager or pilsener beer would be considered light in comparison to english ales. about half the calories. but, there's no beating english ale for flavor and true beer-ness. use moderation
