The beauty of the rock cycle states that in the right set of circumstances, any rock can become any other kind of rock.
Sedimentary Rock can be weathered into sediments and become another type of Sedimentary Rock.
Or it can be melted into magma and cool to become an Igneous Rock...
Or it can undergo Metamorphism to become a Metamorphic Rock.

Ignore Robert A's answer. He is just scarily, evil, wrong.
Sedimentary rocks can become metamorphic rocks if subjected to heat and pressure.
Also, they can be broken down into sediment and then compacted and cemented to become sedimentary rocks again.
Now open your textbook and finish your homework on your own!
I expect it to be done when you walk into class!!
And don't wear that dorky shirt this time. I mean, sheesh, show some self-respect!
