Where can I get a lot of it cheap?
Each piece has to be about 12 inches x 6 inches x 6 inches at least.

Try a search on the Internet or go to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. :-)

I'm not sure what you mean by "cheap", but I usually get mine at a home fix-it store (like Home Depot.) I use the styro-foam mastick they sell, and glue the sheets together and cut it to size. A friend of mine makes his own by mixing the two liquid constituents together. These, he buys from a place that sells fiberglass supplies, but it comes out a liquid which he manipulates by pouring it into a mold. If you are inexperienced, this method might not be your best bet.
