I saw this the other day on "What not to wear." Wear a nice fitted jacket that is hour glass shaped. Then, wear a skirt that flares out somewhat, not pronounced like you have a can-can or anything, but subtle. Also wear those jeans that have a lighter wash on the thighs. It's supposed to give the illusion of larger hips and thighs.

with a small bum, wear jeans with pockets that have flaps. they make your butt look bigger than they actually are. for small hips , you can try a big belt at the WAIST. this defines the waist and makes you look like you have an hourglass figure.. good luck

I also have this problem of a small bum and hips....but i wear tight jeans anyway.........Whatever you feel comfortable in is the best solution

If you're a woman, anything will look sexy you show-off!
If you're a man, place a cushion in your underpants and a pair of socks at the front and put on some sexy levi's. Then if anyone asks if you have anything under there, punch them in the face for being nosy. That's what I do!

Wear something that accentuates your legs and your midriff. For example I look best in a short skirt, short shorts, snug jeans, etc, along with a well fitting blouse, tied up shirt, etc.

dont wear hipster jeans as this will attract ppl to ur hips. wear a pleated or frilly skirt to draw attention to ure legs or wear a chunky belt with jeans as this will make ur hips look bigger. as for ur a*s wear bagy trousers as this wont attract attention to the out line of it.

Push up jeans... and wear jeans with pockets on the back that will draw attention and the pockets will draw the attention and not your hips,,,,Lighter color make you look larger,,,

WEAR A TIGHT SHIRT AND SOME LOOSE JEANS.
TO MAKE UR BUM LOOK BIGGER U COULD WEAR JEANS AND FOLD THE TOP PART OF THEM DOWN AND THEN PUT A BELT OVA THE TOP PART OF UR PANTS.
