No. This is because a disqualification doesn't officially qualify as a win to the "winner." It is in the stat books, but not to the WWE head people. So you need to pin or make Umaga submit or whatever the rules are, to make Umaga undefeated. What I think is that Umaga will challenge Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania and Undertaker will defeat him, to increase his record to 15-0 and make Umaga defeated.

Thats what i was saying to my best friend the other day because he was D`Qed he did not win the match and didnt have his arm raised in victory therefore has been defeated but if i am right that also happened in a match with shawn micheals where umaga was D`Qed so in my eyes he has not been undefeated in a long time

He is not lost the match but he disqualified from the match.He is not beaten 1 2 3

Remember when Joe lost the Xtitle in a triple threat and when he lost the battle royal at bfg '05 and when he lost the Ultimate X match he was still considered UNDEFEATED

no because it wasn't even a 1 on 1 match and for the loser above who thinks it will be Undertaker vs Umaga at Wrestlemania, Smackdown's title plans for wrestlemaina have been leaked out and Batista is supposed to defeat the Undertaker to retain his title, thus ending Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak...

a DQ does not count as a loss in the books. that is why when the champion is disqualified during a match they keep the belt.
