No. You have to have them on your xbox. Now, tehre are a few different ways of doing it, and it all depends on what xbox you have. If you have the original, then look into softmodding. If you have a 360, you can flash your hamachi drive (doesn't work for samsung), and play the games on it. Read through google and check it out..

The files need to be transferred to your xbox to be played on your xbox. You can use FTP.

you have to find a xbox emulator program to run those games
but it is possable
you can also find sites that will tell you how to use the xbox controllers on your PC

no , completely diffrent format, for many reason, if so you could play xbox games in windows. this said , there may be a hack out there.. take a look
