...Polls and Surveys?

When I first started, I answered alot of questions in alot of different categories, just whatever I could answer. Then I got into Jokes and Riddles because if you KNOW the answer to a riddle, all you gotta do is be the first correct answerer for 10 points. Then, I just noticed a section calles "Polls and Surveys" and It was really fun...I had a different username then (it was HORRIBLE, I didnt know what the word meant, the I changed it REALLY quick!).....I've been hooked ever since!

How did YOU come across P&S, and do you ever ask questions in other categories (for me, RARELY)

Well, I think I had looked at a friend's answer... I wanted to answer the same question he answered, so I answered the question... The name of the section intrigued me, so I've been here ever since!!! It is very rare for me to ask questions in another section.

I first hung out on the main page.... then I saw Jokes & Riddles, I hung out there for about a month, but then (you know how there are little questions at the bottom of the page?) I saw someone ask a question in Polls & Surveys.... I've been on here ever since.

I'm sorry, that really doesn't make since.

Let's say I was just passing by and started to look at some questions, I was first focused on movies and music, then I sotp by P&S, and as questions scrolled quickly on my monitor I started trying to answer the most I could, then I realized there was no way of that.

As I kept ansering P&S I noticed some users that really had very ingenious questions, short, funny, smart questions, so it became like and addiction within the Y!A addiction, lets say I found a comfortable category in Y!A.

So I started to look for this users whose P&S I like a lot to answer.

I did the same thing...was in Anthropology and Cultures, then psychology, pets and a few others...I almost always end up here cause this is where I seem to have the most fun with the nicest people...I sometimes answer questions in a few other catagories still but never to the extent here...it's like we have a virtual lil family here...thanks for the question sweetie and even more for being a great friend!

i just closed my eyes, put my mouse on the side categorys and scrolled down. whiche ever one I landed on, that's the one I chose. i landed on Entertainment and Music and then I went to Polls & Surveys. I don't spend all my time on P&S but I sometimes drop by and look at the questions. I like to ask questions and answer in different categories and I still use the "close my eyes" game! Your questions are always in P&S so I come here a lot!!!

I was at yahoo groups and was sending mail and at the bottom of the page was a link to a question. One about some girls boyfriends....I answered it. Then I would see more ads and started answering. Then oneday it would let me answer anymore and I found out there was a limit. I read about the site then. lol
I don't think before then I had ever even went to My Q&A

You know.....I don't even remember! I used to hang out in the Religion section, but there were way too many cranky folks there! My best guess is that I followed Ichi here one day, because he used to answer a lot in religion too.....but I really can't be sure....I'm glad I found it though!

I never ask in other categories, but I do answer in Books and Authors sometimes :)

Noticed questions in the "polls & surveys", couldn't find it as a category. So I typed "polls & surveys" into "search for questions" and found it.

I saw the questions and answers under my search menu so I clicked it to see what it was and I thought it was cool. I like the polls & Surveys the best, I dont really ask any questions, I like to answer them

I was just trying all the categories and came across this one.Sometimes I venture away from here but I prefer polls and surveys.
