Shawn is turning into a drunk. Christian has been given Wilbur as Wilbur's biological father died and the rest of the family does not want Wilbur. Michelle doesn't want him either but they take him on a wait and see basis for her. Shawn shoots a woman's clitorus with too much fluid making her overly orgasmic because he was drunkat the time of the procedure. Shawn plays Santa at the mall but is so drunk the kids want their money back. Shawn winds up getting oral sex from a dwarf dressed up like an elf in Santa's shed and Christian and Lisa see him doing it. Later Shawn finds himself drunk on the beach where he finds another drunk who is trying to help Shawn not fall into the bottle again. They become friends and Shawn takes the guy to the clinic for stitches and a place to sleep. James is being threatened again by her bosses and drugs the man and takes all his organs. Earlier that day Escobar sent the boys a cooked ham and so the FBI are all around the building and fixing to put cameras in the building as well. Michelle warned James so James calls Michelle who is with Christian and Wilbur, who she suddenly likes now that she knows that he is black. Michelle goes down to the clinic and helps James cut up the body and walk it out the door past the FBI in duffle bags like christmas presents given they have put on Shawn's Santa suit. This leaves Christian, Shawn and Wibur together on Christmas eve. Julia called earlier that day to tell Shawn that Anna had the strep and they would not be there. Matt told him that he and Kimber were going on a cruise so they would not be there. Christian was not going to be there but then he got Wilbur. Oh and by the way, Shawn told the drunk that he was getting divorced. I had to throw that one in for plot.

But, if you want to know, Sean started drinking heavily because Julia and the kids get sick with strep and Matt goes on a Scientology cruise with Kimber, meaning no one is home for Christmas. Sean befriends a bum, named Reefer, that reminds Sean that he needs to be thankful for what he has and that he could wind up a bum if he didn't catch himself. Christian gets a surprise visit from Wilbur's older half-brother, who informs Christian that Wilbur's dad and stepmom passed away in a car accident and that Christian was named guardian of Wilbur. Christian tells Michelle, who gets weird about the situation until she meets Wilbur and finds out he is black (guess it helped her to bond with him). Anyways, Christian falls back in a routine with Wilbur as Sean spins out of control (even performing a female rejuvination procedure on a patient).

Sean finally comes to his senses after he volunteers with Liz and Poppy as Santa and his elves, where he winds up in a very compromising position with an elf (who by the way is a little person) and is caught by Liz, Poppy, Christian and Wilbur in Santa's workshop. He bottoms out with the bum and helps him out by stitching up some wounds and promising the bum some old suits and a warm place to stay (at the office). And, of course, Reefer meets James, who bribes him with booze and takes "care of him" with Michelle (who is pulled away from Christmas Eve with Christian and Wilbur).

The concludes with Christian and Wilbur showing up at Sean's and helping him to decorate his tree.
