It depends on how well you know her. If she's been hinting at something that she wants, or she's told you something, get her that. If she doesn't know or hasn't said anything, then get her a really sweet card and put a gift card or cash in it. Another cute thing to do for her is to get her a stocking and fill it with her favorite candies and other cute little things and have one big ting in there like a gift card or certificate. It also depends what kind of girl she is. Massages and spa treatments can be good. If you want her to associate this gift with you forever take her to an event, a concert a game or a show.

If you know what her interests are, such as reading for example, get her something that would pertain to one of her interests. When the girl isn't home, you could call her mom and ask her to give you some ideas on what she likes. Hope this helps.

I assume for Christmas.... Gift certificates are the safest and easiest for a 'friend' gift. Get her one at her favorite clothing store or a cd store. Safe is best.

I'd go along with a gift certificate unless you know of something she really likes. Also, you might ask one of her girlfriends or her mother for suggestions.
