I'm assuming these are systems of equations. I'll help with the first and the others will be similar.
x + 2y = 7
2x - 3y = -21
Multiply the first equation by -2 and add that to the second equation.
-2x - 4y = -14
2x - 3y = -21
-7y = -35
y = 5
Now substitute 5 in for y and solve for x.
x + 2(5) = 7
x+10 = 7
x = -3
Answer: (-3,5)

Well there is no proposed question. "e" is a constant. You aren't asking anything you just gave a list of equations - all you can try to do is solve for y - but this is ridiculous. If you need help ask another question.
