I have a WW2 signaling searchlight from a navy ship of some sort, and i'm tring to find some iformation on it.Please!!!!

There were also wig-wags. Or flags held by a person and moved in specific directions to mean specific things. The lights had\have deflectors that open and close. Morris code was used.

Try your nearest historian (high school, collage, etc.) Or try your nearest renactors company, because they go to events where someone might know something, or go to an appasier, they can usually tell you what you have, possibly even what ship it's from. Good Luck!
