SInce it should have been tuned every season of every year it is certainly out of tune.

That lack of climate control is a scary factor. It could be warped with a giant crack in the sound board. Before you go to the trouble of moving it anywhere have a piano repair guy take a look at it (that last phrase is a figure of speech since the ones I am friends with are blind and were trained at Perkins School, but you know what I mean.)

What's different about Ohio? Any piano that's been in storage anywhere needs a good tuning.

yes
the moisture of cold air messes up the tarnish on the piano and the keys may need to be retuned

most likely not but will need to be tuned, have a paino tune look at it if you really need to know what shape its in
