If you have truly been erect for 3 days, you need to go to an emergency room, not just a doctor. That long, it cannot wait. You may have a condition called priapism, which is a prolonged erection caused by the blood vessels that allow the outflow of blood from the penis being stuck in the clamped/closed position. This can lead to gangrene and could even require that your penis be lanced to relieve the blood pressure in it.
Get thee to an ER if your question is real.
Web MD says: "Any patient who has an erection for longer than 4 hours, especially if he has a predisposing illness (eg, sickle cell disease) probably should receive therapy for priapism."

Your serious you have been erect non stop for three days!
Yes you need to go to the doctors that is not normal, I mean how can you walk around and stuff everyone will see unless you strap it to your leg.
But that is not the point you need to go to the doctor something is up with your blood flow in and out of your penis or something.
