What brand of pad and pantiliner work the best.Because I bleed ALOT and I do not know what kind to use.I am using Always now but when I put it on I already fill wet.I am using the smallest size now and it is still to wide.Also,what are you soposed towhere to sleep.

I can't really help you out there because I wear tampons? Have you considered wearing tampons? Tampax Pearl Super Plus is what I wear, because I bleed alot too. they work really well, and I hardly ever bleed through them. They're really comfortable too.

I personally use Always, and I am always heavy. I use the ultra thin overnight ones all the time. And I never have a problem with them. perhaps a solution that may work for you is something my friend used to do, that was use a tampon and a pad at the same time.

Use an Ultra-Thin, LONG pad. You are going to feel a little wet, it's normal. Wear this kind to bed also. Ultra-thin, longs are made by Always. Also, look on the wrapper to make sure it says its for heavy periods.

Basically any brand. Just get Super or Thick ones. They make special ones for at night. Just look in WalMart.

I use Maxitihns there pretty comfortable for me and their meduim and heavy duty like me i bleed a lot lol
