divide each of the moles by the smallest (0.08) to get
Ba =1
S = 1
O = 4
so we get BaSO4
===============
4Al + 3O2 -> 2Al2O3

so 12 mole of Al2O3 come from 24 mol of Al
=============
2Mg + O2 -> 2MgO
