Able to have unusal power like flying or waving arms could mean you want to break free from control.
Subconsciously in reality you may feel like being controlled and you don't get the freedom you expect. That is why you vent it out. Another possibility is that you are in good mood and that is why you feel like you could have certain power. That symbolizes some sort of freedom you already have and reflected in the dream

well, depending on what is happening in your life, it could mean a couple different things.
if your having a bad day or week or things justarent going your way lately, it could mean that you want to "fly away" from your problems and just take a break.
if your happy lately, maybe you just feel like you can fly.
