Well as a straight guy I find Male-to-Female transexuals kinda scary... They are either still too man-like (and the combined male and female features are just too disturbing) or they have a quite attractive female appearance and would be kinda hot if it wasn't for the package, in which case the scary part is having to look out for gay-bashers that think its "gay" to like a transexual with a nearly total (and attractive) female appearance.
But in general, I'd have to say "yes", because some of the male-to-female transexuals I've seen look hotter than some of my Ex-girlfriends. They may be hot, but the package just kinda ruins the whole thing for actually wanting to be with them.

Since attraction is more in your head than in your pants, ANYTHING can be sexy for someone out there.
And sometimes transvestites look more "real" than the "real" thing.
