Tried on play.com but it is only the limited edition not the legendary edition (with the helmet etc)

They haven't even announced the release date for Halo 3 yet.

It's not out until the end of next year, play.com is taking orders for it already (not limited edition though)

The game is not out yet. Just relax and wait till atleast Febuary 2007. There will definitely be some more information.
