You misunderstand me.
I mean... why cry at all? Attention? Surely we can express emotion through speaking? Are tears a way of ejecting hormones to calm us down?

There are 2 reasons for tears.

1)To remove some irritant from the suface of the eye

2)When the tears are for emotional reasons the make up of tears contains more protiens, and minerals like Potassium and manganese than irritant tears. Athough studies are still in progress it believed that it causes changes in the brains chemical make up to make you feel better. This process isnt fully understood as it appears at the moment humans are the only species that crys tears emotionally. There are studies with aquatic animal as there appear to cry but as they tend to be living in salt water its not entirely sure if its for emotional means as this is a system to extract salt.

Hope that helps

We blink a lot, we need lots of water for our eyes. When a human being is sad, the muscles in our face squeeze the glands in our faces to make water come out. Before language evolved this is how we asked for help.

In my own adventure canines won't have the ability to cry by way of emotions. i've got had 2 canines around the comparable age living mutually for around 9 years and the boy dogs grow to be continually worrying and loving the lady dogs and vise versa. The boy dogs began to stay removed from the lady dogs in her very final days of living as though he grow to be in mourning. while we took our female dogs to be euthanized the boy dogs grow to be nevertheless in mourning. i've got spend days after days with him and that i haven't seen him shed a tear no longer the lady dogs at the same time as she grow to be in the vets workplace. besides the fact that, some weeks previous to this adventure the two canines have been tearing up like loopy by way of what i've got self belief grow to be the airborne dirt and mud hurricane that hit us.
