Never. It is very bad for the person who's in a rage, and it certainly doesn't do anything for the person who's being raged at. Rage is uncontrollable anger - so whoever experiences it should get counselling for anger management.

If thought out to bennifit the "true" greater good. It can be surreal.
(sorry, I hate that word surreal, but i just found out what it meant - It can be used in everday sentance!)
but rage applied as above, helped me win a case in court.

When your outraged and find yourself desperately needing to change whatever makes you feel that way... Things like abortion, child rape, cruelty, war and poverty usually makes me pissed off.

when you need it. like my x telling me he would kill me, that one moment i had complete control over my anger and after he left i realized i should have kicked his @$$ .
