Is Cotton Cheap?

I need a lot of it. I'm not sure how much, but it would be a lot.

Yes Cotton is a reasonably inexpensive material. There are other fabrics that come in wider widths, and cost less. Check your local fabric store. Look in the Clearance section. I wish I knew what you needed for, then I could give you a more definitive answer.
