What could cause static from my PC to my CB radio?

I have a PC that my boyfriend built for me. My Father has a CB that he hasn't been using. When he turned on the CB there was no static, but when I turned on the PC there was a ton of static. WHat do you think could be the cause of this?
My Father has a theory that it's the blue LCD lights I have on the fans and power supply. Do you think this could be the problem??

I suppose that could be a problem, it could also be all the electronics(your computer) in the area interfering with the signal.
