Personally, I don't think humanity will be extinct in 100000 years. Look at our drive to survive. I think civilization itself is still in its infancy, and that many of the world's problems of today will one day be solved.
In 100 millenia, I think people should be able to expect to never die unless they choose to. No one should be forced to work at a job away from their loved ones, most probably because everything will be automated. Or perhaps money itself will ultimately be unnecessary because we might find a way to photosynthesize our own food like plants do, and other resources might be easy to come by. I think the world's population should be relatively constant, meaning the same people will inhabit the Earth for many ages.
I think it's safe to assume everyone is dissatisfied with some aspects of the world. Well, how do you think civilization on our planet should stabilize? What kind of world do you hope our descendants will inherit in 100 millenia?

Yes, it is true that the sun will one day die. But this won't be happening any time soon. Not even in 100000 years. I think the estimate for when the sun will die is about 4.5 billion years from now.

I agree, we are going to need to do some serious recycling.
If tribes of humans survive a major catastrophe, those tribes will most probably repopulate the world and reform a new civilization.
I doubt that eternal life is an impossibility. Your argument ignored some exciting potential developments, for example, in stem-cell research.
