Looking for a Smart Phone....?

Question

I'm looking for a Smart Phone that has AOL Instant Messenger capability and Yahoo Instant Messenger. Also one that has some sort of "How to get there" feature such as Mapquest or a GPS. I'm subscribed to alot of forums as well, I'm assuming these web phones can access these forums? As long as I can check my Yahoo e-mail, check the forums, do occasional Google searches, and use instant messenger, I'm golden. Anyone know of one like this?

I have a Treo 700wx running Windows Mobile 5. It has those capabilities except I'm not sure about AIM. I'm sure if there is a mobile version of AIM that you could load and run it on a Treo with Windows (not Palm O/S).

Treo 700p (Palm OS version) - It'll do ALL the things you mentioned, plus using the free Avantgo service you can download mapquest directions to the Treo and display it on screen. works like a champ. I would sugest that you might want to avoid the windows version of the Treo, it has a MUCH lower resolution screen, much less available memory, and I have read that the Windows version is more prone to lock up and crashing.

But whether Palm OS or Windows OS, your only real choice to do all that stuff is a Treo
