Fake lotto tickets. EVERYBODY is a winner, until they read the back of it for the "Rules & Claiming your prize" part. lol i'm not sure where you get them but I have seen them before. They scratch it off, it looks like a real ticket, and they think they won a million dollars. So, they read the back of the ticket for Claiming instructions, and then they find out its just a hoax. Funny **** make sure you got a cam when they scratch it!!!!
