My pc has turned out not to access all my program files & a message appers saying that windows can't access the specified device. I have tried to scan it via AVG antivirus and figured out it was infected with trojan horse....... but either AVG or others cannot clean it. I need help from you.

I have tried to boot my pc in a safe moode but cannot even restore the system and it appeared that i don't have access of the control panale while i logged as an adminstrator....................Your help is really apreciated

If you still have access to the internet then go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run the online scan from there. If possible can you please specify which trojan horse your were infected with .

Download some additional antivirus software. I recommend Panda, Counterspy, Avast.

Try using panda antivirus. Their website is www.pandasoftware.com

If you do not have enough money to buy the antivirus, you can do an active scan which will scan your computer without you having to download the antivirus.

Download HijackThis from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis

Run and Save a Log.
Copy and paste your entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/

Follow instructions to remove any nasty stuff you have.

I use adware and it has found a couple of trojans and got rid of them for me
