What are the state drug laws against PCP in Ohio?

There's this project I have to do for school. It's about PCP. I need to cover the state drug laws, and I live in Ohio. But we have a list of websites that we're allowed to visit. And we can only use those. It sucks, but, hey, that's middle school for you. I googled it, Yahoo searched it, went onto all the allowed websites, and I still couldn't find it. Can anyone help me? The rough draft is due on the 4th of December, so I need an answer NOW! My parents are going to ground me for a month if I don't get them (Yes, it sounds like a pathetic excuse, but I'm for real. They're seriously going to ground me for a freaking month if I don't get the freaking rough draft done!).

I'm surprised they need Ohio-specific laws about PCP. It's a federally scheduled substance:
Schedule II
(A) The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.
(B) The drug or other substance has a currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States or a currently accepted medical use with severe restrictions.
(C) Abuse of the drug or other substances may lead to severe psychological or physical dependence.

PCP essays in school... yeah right. I suggest you dont get caught or better still dont use it at all. it is one of the most destructive to the brain drugs. being a dissociative it does the most damage to the cells, and actually cooks them through increased brain temperature. very dangerous, and thats not mentioning the psychological effects of using. ketamine is bad too, but only lasts an hour, PCP lasts about 6 hours. thats like being in surgery for 48 hours but you are conscious and destroying yourself through insane antics.
