No and I never would! The server who takes care of those people who "dine and dash" get into trouble when that happens. People who do that are shady, trashy people. It costs the restaurant and the person who waited on them money. If you are caught doing that, ie the waiter/manager catches them on the way out, the cops will be called and charges will be pressed.

It's not that we're poor, it's just fun b/c you feel the rush of being free, and yet tarnished with guilt...
(Although even when we dash, I still give a huge tip for the waiter!!..lol...)

no, i'm a waitress and it is EXTREMELY RUDE! this is how servers make their money, and if you leave without paying they just spent all this time working for u and they only made 2.13 an hour. most servers make less than minimum wage an hour. plus they can get fired if this happens to them a couple of times.
