I've always wondered if those things could actually be real. And wondered if perhaps "Explicit Content" human sperm can inpregnate certain types of animals?

No, I'm not a sicko.

Nope. Well, at least not until we can figure out a way to mess with chromosome numbers. See, human sperm and eggs have exactly half of the chromosomes needed to create a person-each chromosome has a matched pair. That number is different for all species.
You can't take a chimpanzee's egg (even though we're really close cousins) and mix it with human sperm to create a..humanzee? Because the numbers don't add up correctly.

No due to varying numbers of chromosomes and chemical barriers inter-species fertilization is nearly impossible between animals which are not nearly identical, lion and tiger and horse and donkey for instance. Centaurs the half-man half-horse creatures of Roman mythology were based in fact, as the nomad warriors of the Eurasian steppe were such skillful archers on horseback that from a distance the average Roman legionnaire would return with tales of half-man half-horse warriors.

I doubt if it could be done too, & for the same reasons already presented. However, there was a story last week of a cat that gave birth to dog-like kittens. It was thought that she was impregnated by a local dog. The photos were interesting & the thought of it is weird, but there it was. Thought I'd mention this, seeing that you are interested in whether interspecies hybrids are possible.

It would be cool to be able to create chimeras like mermaids and satyrs, but so far the only things we've been able to make is mice with human DNA that can build human cartilage for ears or noses.
