You could apologize and assure her that you're never going to do it again, and just keep the door open for awhile to let her know you have nothing to hide. In the meantime, just do it in the shower or something, or in the bathroom or something when you are home alone. If you keep the door open anyway she might see that it's not a big deal and she might eventually let you keep it closed again.
